Shipping Policy

Where we ship: We ship internationally from Türkiye, including the United Kingdom, Europe and the Gulf region (United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar).

Shipping cost: Shipping is currently free on all orders. If a shipping charge ever applies to your destination, it is always shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Processing and tracking: Orders are prepared and dispatched from Türkiye after payment is confirmed. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time: Delivery times vary by destination and courier. You can follow your parcel at any time with the tracking number we send you.

Customs and duties: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into electronically by and between the BUYER and the SELLER (Mi Love Tekstil Ithalat Ihracat Limited Sirketi), through the website www.mimagiclove.com, in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.

BUYER:
The individual purchasing goods or services through the Platform, whose details are provided at checkout.

 

 

2. Definitions

  • Platform: www.mimagiclove.com

  • BUYER: A consumer residing in the United Kingdom purchasing goods for personal use.

  • Product: Goods listed on the Platform that may be ordered and delivered.

  • Regulations: UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

 

 

3. Subject

This Agreement governs the online sale and delivery of goods between the SELLER and BUYER and sets out the parties' rights and obligations under UK law.

 

 

4. Pre-contract Information

By confirming their order, the BUYER agrees that they:

  • Have read and understood the product descriptions, pricing, and delivery charges.

  • Have been informed of their right to cancel within 14 days without reason.

  • Understand that this Agreement is provided prior to contract conclusion.

 

 

5. Product Details

All product information including size, colour, brand, and price (including taxes and delivery fees) is clearly displayed on the Platform.

 

 

6. Prices and Payment

All prices are in GBP and include VAT. Payment can be made securely by debit/credit card, Klarna, PayPal or other accepted methods. Orders are only confirmed upon successful payment.

 

 

7. Delivery

  • Deliveries are made to the UK mainland within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

  • The SELLER is not responsible for delays due to external courier disruptions.

  • Delivery fees and methods are displayed at checkout.

 

 

8. Right to Cancel (Withdrawal)

Under UK law, the BUYER has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

To exercise the right:

  • Return goods in original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the BUYER unless the item is faulty.

Exceptions: Items such as pierced jewellery, worn items, hygiene products, personalised or perishable goods may not be returned.

 

 

9. Returns & Refunds

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

  • The SELLER reserves the right to deny refunds on returned items that do not meet return conditions.

 

 

10. Faulty Goods

If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days to arrange a refund, repair, or replacement in line with your statutory rights.

 

 

11. Liability

The SELLER is not liable for indirect losses or delays caused by third-party courier services, unforeseeable disruptions, or events beyond reasonable control.

 

 

12. Privacy and Data Protection

All personal information is processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. Data is used only for order processing and communication.

 

 

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by English law. Any disputes may be resolved by UK courts or referred to the relevant consumer dispute resolution body.
