Refund & Returns Policy
At Mi Love, we want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you may return it – no questions asked – as long as the following conditions are met:
Returns Criteria
You may return any eligible item within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

Returns are made via our official Returns Portal.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original, resellable condition.

All tags must be attached.

Pierced jewellery and swimwear must be returned with hygiene seals intact and unopened.

Items must be free from marks or stains caused by makeup, tanning products, or creams.
Items returned outside the scope of this policy may not be accepted or refunded.
Unless the item is faulty, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Where Is My Refund?
We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 7 working days for your return to be processed after it has reached our warehouse.
Once processed:

You will receive an email confirmation of your refund.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

It may take 2–10 working days for your bank to reflect the amount in your account, depending on their processing times.
